What is sold
An online watchmaking course (access to a student area holding videos and a guide) and, depending on the formula chosen, physical goods: a study movement, a tool kit, accessories. Prices shown on the site are in euros, without VAT: VAT exempt under the Dutch small business scheme (KOR, art. 25 Wet OB 1968). Shipping is shown before payment.
Order and payment
Orders are placed through the site or by message. Payment is by card or iDEAL on a secure page (Stripe), at once or in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna, under Klarna's own terms, or by bank transfer: the IBAN and the reference are on the invoice. No card details pass through this site. The invoice is sent by e-mail.
Access to the course
The access code is sent by e-mail once payment is received. It is personal: it opens the course on a limited number of devices (your computer and your tablet, for instance), and access has no end date. Sharing the code or redistributing the videos is not permitted.
Delivery
Physical goods are sent as tracked parcels from the Netherlands or France, anywhere in Europe. The tracking number is sent on the day of dispatch. Carrier delivery times are not guaranteed by the workshop.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Goods must come back complete and in a resaleable state; return postage is yours. For the online course, digital content supplied immediately: by asking for access before the period ends you agree that performance starts at once and you waive withdrawal on that part, as European consumer law provides. Write to me to exercise this right: a message is enough.
A watch engraved for you. With a watch, a personal engraving (a first name, initials, a date, on the caseback or a movement bridge) is free and made to your specification: the engraved watch can therefore be neither returned nor exchanged, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to it (article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU). I ask you to accept this before you pay; the rest of the order keeps its fourteen days. I engrave and ship on Saturdays: an engraved watch leaves on the Saturday after the order, which can delay shipping by up to six days. My logo, engraved on the back of every watch, does not make a watch personal: it can be returned like the others.
Guarantee
The legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects apply to the goods sold. A tool or a movement that arrives damaged is replaced: send us a photograph and it is settled without argument.

Write to the address above: every message is answered personally. Failing agreement, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge with a dispute involving a seller in another EU country.
